- Crabmeat Stick
- Tobico
- Japanese Cucumber
- Unagi
- Japanese Mayo
- Nori sheets
- Sushi Rice
Procedure:
- wash, cut japanese cucumber lengthwise into strips
- cut unagi length wise into strips
- lay nori sheet, shiny side up, on sushi rolling mat
- with wet hands, spread a layer of sushi rice over nori
- leave a finger width on nearest and opposite side
- place strip of unagi, japanese cucumber, crabmeat stick, tobico
- in the middle,spread japanese mayo over filling
- lift mat fro your side, roll over filling
- continue rolling, applying light pressure to form shape
- wet knife before every slice
Notes:
- Tobico - flring fish roe
- Unagi - grilled fresh water eel
