- Short Grain Rice 1 kg
- Water 1 lit
Seasoning: (for every cup of rice)
- Rice Wine Vinegar 1 tbsp
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
Procedure:
- wash rice until water becomes clear
- drain, put into rice cooker with water
- soak for 20 - 30 minutes
- cook as usual
- once cook, let it rest for 15 minutes
- loosen rice, do not press the rice
- warm and mix well seasoning
- add to rice and mix well
- coating every grain of rice
- keep covered to prevent drying
- allow to cool to room temperature before use
