Pickle Japanese Cucumbers
Ingredients:
- Japanese Cucumber 1 portion
- Wakame 1 tbsp
- Konbu 1 pcs from konbu dashi / stock
- Vinegar 5 tbsp
- Salt 2 tsp
- Sugar 2 tbsp
Procedure:
- wash japanese cucumber, cut into halh length wise
- remove seeds, slice the japanese cucumber
- julienne the konbu
- soak the japanese cucumber, julienne konbu
- in vinegar with salt and sugar for 1 hour
- for larger amount soak for 24 hour
- before serving add wakame
