Salad with Sesame Dressing

Ingredients:
  • French Beans 100 gm
  • Water
  • Salt

Dressing:
  • Japanese White Sesame Seed 2 tbsp
  • Olive Oil 2 tbsp
  • Light Shoyu 1 tbsp
  • Sugar 1/2 tbsp

Procedure:
  • bring water to boil with salt
  • wash and cut french beans
  • blanch french beans in boiling water
  • strain dry, cool in ice water for 5 min
  • strain dry keep cool

  • grind japanese sesame seed until the seed break
  • add olive oil, light shoyu and sugar
  • grind and mix well into a paste
  • toss with french bean until well coated
  • serve cold
