- Konbu Dashi 300 ml
- Akai Miso 1 tbsp
- Aburrage 1/2 pc sliced
- Nameko Mushroom 2 tbsp
- Soft Tofu 1/4 potion
- Spring Onion for garnish
Procedure:
- wash, rinse and drain nameko mushroom
- wash, rinse and slice aburrage
- cut and soak, soft tofu into cubes
- wash and cut spring onion for garnish
- bring to a boil konbu dashi stock
- add nameko mushroom, aburrage
- with a strainer stir akai miso paste in the soup
- remove strainer once akai miso has mix into the soup
- add tofu bring to a boil, off fire
- serve hot in soup bowl garnish with spring onion
Notes:
- Akai Miso - red miso paste
- Aburrage - japanese tau pok
