Japanese Vegetable Curry

Ingredients:
  • Oil
  • Onion cubed 100 gm
  • Garlic chopped 30 gm
  • Green Curry paste 20 gm
  • Curry Powder 6 gm
  • Golden Curry Paste
  • Stock / Water 450 gm
  • Shoyu 5 ml
  • Mirin 100 ml
  • Carrot cubed 100 gm
  • Eggplant cube 70 gm
  • Long Beans cubed 70 gm
  • Dashinomoto 6 gm

Procedure:
  1. mix Golden Curry Paste with Stock / Water till well mix ... set aside ...
  2. heat up oil ... sweat Onions ... Garlic ...
  3. add Curry Paste ... Curry Powder ...
  4. add Golden Curry Paste mixed ... stir mix well ...
  5. add Carrot .. Eggplant ... Long Beans ... bring to boil ...
  6. add Shoyu ... Mirin .. Dashinomoto ... nix well ...
  7. simmer until carrot cook ... serve hot with rice
