- Stock / Water 450 gm

- Mirin 100 ml
- Carrot cubed 100 gm
- Eggplant cube 70 gm
- Long Beans cubed 70 gm
- Dashinomoto 6 gm
Procedure:
- mix Golden Curry Paste with Stock / Water till well mix ... set aside ...
- heat up oil ... sweat Onions ... Garlic ...
- add Curry Paste ... Curry Powder ...
- add Golden Curry Paste mixed ... stir mix well ...
- add Carrot .. Eggplant ... Long Beans ... bring to boil ...
- add Shoyu ... Mirin .. Dashinomoto ... nix well ...
- simmer until carrot cook ... serve hot with rice
