- Konbu Dashi 250 ml
- Eggs 3 no
- Konbu 3 pcs from Konbu Dashi / Stock
- Crabmeat Stick
- Shitaki Mushroom 4 no
- Fish Cake
- Shoyu 2 tsp
- Mirin 2 tsp
Procedure:
- wash, slice shitake mushroom, fish cake
- cut crabmeat stick
- julinne konbu
- place cut and sliced ingredients in cup
- beat eggs with knobu dashi
- strain to remove foam
- pour into cup covering ingredient
- steam covered for 15 mins
- serve hot
Notes:
- other ingredients that can be used for chawamushi
- prawns that has been shelled and deveined
- chicken meat cut or sliced
- ham or bacon sliced or julienne
