- Saba Fish 1 no
- Salt
- Pepper
Marinate:
- Mirin 2 tbsp
- Sake 3 tbsp
- White Miso 1 tbsp
Garnish:
- Daikon / Radish grated
- Young Ginger grated
- Lemon 1/8 wedge optional
Procedure:
- thaw, wash and pad dry saba fish
- season saba fish with sprinkle of salt and pepper
- in a bowl, add in the mirin, sake, white miso
- stir and mix well to a paste
- coat saba fish with the miso paste
- marinate for about half an hour
- grill or bake, till fish is cook
- serve with grated daikon and ginger
- and lemon wedge optional
Note:
- Saba Fish - can be replace with Salmon
